INGREDIENTS LIST

Peanut Sauce
● ½ cup of creamy peanut butter (do NOT use chunky)
● 2 TBSP of tamari or soy sauce
● 1 TBSP of mirin
● 1 TBSP of chili oil
● 2 TBSP of rice wine vinegar
Spring Rolls
● Rice wrappers
● Cilantro, fresh
● Cucumber, sliced thinly
● Rice noodles/vermicelli
● Plant Provisions Chipotle Chili and Tuscan Slices

DIRECTIONS

Make your peanut sauce.
a. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and whisk until creamy and smooth. You may
need to add a bit of water to thin out the peanut butter depending on the brand
that you use.
b. Taste and adjust — make sure it is spicy enough for your taste!

Make your spring rolls.
a. Prepare your spring roll wrappers by dipping them in water, per package
instructions.
b. Add cilantro, cucumber, rice noodles, and Plant Provisions slices to wrappers,
being careful not to overfill.
c. Add a bit of peanut sauce, then roll the wrapper into a spring roll shape.
d. Dip into peanut sauce and enjoy!
